To encourage our young women to keep active, particularly while at home during this challenging time, the College’s PE Department launched a House Challenge! Commencing in Week 1, Year 7 to 12s are participating in the weekly fitness challenges to earn points for their House each week. Girls follow their online class instruction to help them complete their challenge. At the end of Week 4 the House with the most points will be rewarded with a delicious shared morning tea.
Week 1
After receiving 59 video contributions from Years 7 to 10 in Week 1, Frayne is in the lead with a total of 30 points. It’s a great way for the girls to still feel connected with their House peers!
Week 2
We are now officially halfway through the House Challenge competition at the end of Week 2 and Frayne remain in the top spot with 46 points! Contributions came from Years 7 to 10, with a total of 67 video contributions.
Week 3
Congratulations to Frayne who has remained on top for 3 consecutive weeks, with a total score of 56 points. Frayne are currently 30 points ahead of McAuley who are in second place. Competitive spirits seem to be rising with only one week to go!
