Our Uniform Shop is here to support families by providing all required College uniform items and offering guidance with fittings throughout the year. College Wear Shop

The College Wear Shop provides families with convenient access to all required Mercedes College uniform items and offers a welcoming space for fittings, enquiries and support throughout the year. Our staff are committed to ensuring that each student is fitted comfortably and correctly, and that families feel well supported in preparing for the school year.

Online Shop

Online purchases made after 11:00 am on Mondays and Wednesdays will be processed on the next opening day. Your daughter will receive a notification advising her when her uniform order is ready for collection from Student Services.

Pre-Loved Uniform Sales

In support of sustainability, the College Wear Shop accepts clean, well‑maintained preloved uniform items on consignment for 12 months. Families are asked to complete the Pre-Loved Uniform Form before bringing items to the shop. Donated uniforms are also welcomed and appreciated; we simply ask that they are washed prior to delivery.

These items are available for browsing and purchase during open hours at the College Wear Shop.

Frequently Asked Questions

The College will refund or exchange incorrect items provided they are returned in original, unused and unwashed condition, with sales tags attached and proof of purchase, within 14 days of purchase. Items not in original packaging or returned after 14 days may be considered at the manager’s discretion. Please note that all refunds are processed to a credit card; cash refunds cannot be provided, even if the original purchase was made with cash.

Please note: For health and regulatory reasons, bathers, socks and hats cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We encourage families to check their items as soon as they are received. If you notice a defect or believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact the Uniform Shop in writing via email within 7 days and outline the concern. We ask that the item be returned within the same 7‑day period so that we can assess it promptly. All reported defects are reviewed by the supplier before a replacement or refund is confirmed. Items that are not reported or returned within this timeframe will be considered to be in acceptable condition.

Uniform fittings for incoming Year 7 students are held on Saturdays in November, during the year prior to commencement. Families receive all booking details and supporting information in October, ensuring they are well prepared ahead of Orientation Day.

Winter uniform fittings take place during Term 1 of Year 7, and families are provided with this information early in the term.
