The Class of 2025 has concluded their Mercedes College journey with exceptional academic achievements, reflecting years of dedication, resilience, and commitment.
This year, 98% of students achieved the Western Australian Certificate of Education, a testament to their hard work and the support of our learning community. Of the 124 graduates, 64% completed the ATAR pathway, with 12% achieving an ATAR above 95 and 28% above 90, resulting in a median ATAR of 83.2. We proudly congratulate our highest ATAR recipient, Lucinda Boylen, with an impressive score of 99.7.
Beyond ATAR, 92% of students are university-bound, including those who completed Curtin UniReady (26 students) and Notre Dame UniPath (1 student). Vocational Education and Training remained a strong focus, with 35 nationally recognised certificates achieved across Certificate II, III, and IV levels, alongside 818 hours of workplace learning.
The Class of 2025 also excelled in SCSA awards, earning 11 Certificates of Distinction, 16 Certificates of Merit, and 2 subject-specific honours. These results highlight the diverse pathways embraced by our students and their commitment to excellence.
