Reporting to the Head of Learning Area – English, the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality English programs that inspire a love of language, literature and learning. The role involves teaching students across a range of year levels and abilities, while fostering academic growth, critical thinking and a lifelong appreciation of reading and writing.

Working collaboratively within a dedicated and experienced Learning Area, the successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum, teaching practice and student achievement. The role also requires building positive relationships with students, families and colleagues, and supporting the wellbeing and personal development of young people.

We are seeking an educator who demonstrates a commitment to contemporary teaching practice, a strong understanding of the English curriculum and the ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments. Experience supporting students with diverse literacy needs will be highly regarded.
