Brief Overview of the Position:

The Teacher of Religious Education will join a highly skilled, dedicated and enthusiastic team supporting the dynamic and vibrant Religious Education Learning Area.

The successful applicant will be passionate about fostering students’ spiritual, academic and personal growth within the Catholic tradition and Mercy ethos of the College. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of contemporary Religious Education curriculum and pedagogy, with the ability to engage and inspire students through innovative and meaningful learning experiences.

As an integral member of the College community, the successful applicant will work collaboratively with colleagues, students, parents and the wider community to build positive relationships and support student wellbeing and achievement. The role also includes contributing to the pastoral, co-curricular and faith life of the College while maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Brief Overview of the Position:

Mercedes College is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join the Advancement team. Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, this full-time role is responsible for creating and delivering engaging marketing, communications and digital content that promotes the College’s values, achievements and opportunities.

The successful applicant will have experience managing websites and social media platforms, producing high-quality written and visual content, and supporting marketing campaigns and events. They will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.
