The school has a current enrolment of approximately 900 girls in Years 7 - 12.
We have completed the interview process for the Year Seven, 2010 intake. Anyone who wishes to apply for a place for this intake will be put on our waiting list.
There are a limited number of places available for Year Eight, 2010.
Interviews for places in Year Seven 2011 are currently being conducted. We hope to have the interview process completed by the end of term three, 2009.
Conditions of Enrolment:
In accepting students, the following priorities are considered: | 1. | Catholic students with reference of religious commitment of family from the parish priest. | | 2. | Those with sisters at Mercedes, or who have attended, and who have proved supportive of policies etc. | | 3. | Daughters of past students. | | 4. | Other Catholic students. | | 5. | Non-Catholic students from Catholic Schools. | | 6. | Others if any vacancies remain. |
Enrolment Policy: Enrolments are dependent upon vacancies and the following conditions: | 1. | At least one parent attend an interview with the Principal or her representative. | | 2. | The parents sign an acceptance of school policy, rules and parental involvement. |
Residency Status: Students must be either Australian citizens or have permanent residency status.
