The Mercedes College Archive Department collects, records and preserves the heritage of the College. The Archive databases include student register information, academic, music, sporting, performing arts, religious and staff records. The College Archive Department collections also include historic school documents, with many predating Federation. These Archive collections are unique and significant in the history of Western Australia.

The Heritage Room, which houses an array of beautiful memorabilia from the early days of settlement here in Perth, is located in one of the College’s historic buildings - Our Lady’s Wing, which was known as Our Lady’s College in 1896.
