Mercedes College offers young women in Years 7-12 an outstanding Catholic education based on the Mercy values of compassion, justice, excellence, integrity and service. Established in 1846 by the Sisters of Mercy, the College continues the long and proud Mercy tradition of service to others and the pursuit of academic, cultural and sporting excellence.

The College currently employs 127 staff in diverse areas including teaching, administration, community relations and development, finance, grounds and maintenance, information and communications technology and technical support.
