The Mercedes College Canteen follows a fresh, healthy guideline. The Department of Education system of Starchoice together with the Traffic Light system has been adopted by the canteen. We have a summer menu (terms 4 & 1) and a winter menu (terms 2 & 3). A copy of which is available either online, at the Mercedes College website or from the canteen.

The canteen is open daily 8.00am to 2.00pm. Students are to place their orders for lunch before school starts. Lunch order forms available from outside the canteen.

Canteen prices are kept to a minimum, but can only do so with Volunteer help. Any parent, carer, relative or friend can work in the canteen. Times required are: 8.30/9.30 to approx 1.30. Even an hour or two is of great help. If you would prefer to work alongside a friend let us know. A Volunteer form is available on our website, from reception or the canteen.

For insurance and food safety reasons aprons, caps and closed in shoes must be worn at all time while in the canteen.
